Cancellation Policy
ZuvoMed is designed to be flexible. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. This policy explains how cancellations work at each stage of your treatment.
Cancelling Before Your Consultation Is Reviewed
If you have submitted your intake questionnaire but your case has not yet been reviewed by a clinician, you may cancel at no charge. Contact us at support@zuvomed.com and we will cancel your case and issue a full refund of any consultation fee paid.
Cancelling After Clinical Review
Once a licensed clinician has reviewed your case, the consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of the clinical evaluation regardless of outcome — including cases where treatment is not approved.
If your prescription has been issued but not yet dispensed by the pharmacy, please contact us immediately at support@zuvomed.com. We will make every effort to cancel the order before dispensing. Once a prescription has been dispensed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Cancelling a Subscription or Ongoing Plan
You may cancel your subscription or ongoing treatment plan at any time through your patient portal or by contacting us at support@zuvomed.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following cycle. Any medication already dispensed for the current cycle is non-refundable.
Cancelling a Scheduled Follow-Up
Follow-up consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled through your patient portal at any time prior to the scheduled review. There is no fee for cancelling or rescheduling a follow-up.
How to Cancel
To cancel any part of your ZuvoMed service:
- Log in to your patient portal and manage your plan directly, or
- Email us at support@zuvomed.com with your name and the request
We respond to all cancellation requests within one business day. You will receive written confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
Refunds Related to Cancellation
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. For detailed information on what is and is not refundable, please review our Refund Policy.
