Trust & Legitimacy
ZuvoMed is a physician-supervised telehealth platform. Every consultation is reviewed by a licensed clinician, and all prescriptions are dispensed through licensed, accredited pharmacies. We operate in full compliance with applicable telehealth laws and regulations.
Yes. Every ZuvoMed consultation is reviewed by a licensed clinician — not an algorithm, not a chatbot, and not an administrative screener. Your provider evaluates your health history, current medications, and stated treatment goals before making any clinical decisions. All ZuvoMed clinicians are licensed in the states where they practice and credentialed through our clinical oversight process.
Every ZuvoMed clinician is licensed in the state where they practice and credentialed through our clinical oversight process. Our providers maintain active state licenses and meet continuing education requirements. Clinicians are matched to protocols they specialize in — ensuring the provider reviewing your case has specific expertise in GLP-1 weight management.
Telehealth makes access easier — not standards lower. ZuvoMed clinicians follow the same medical guidelines as in-office providers. A prescription is only issued when treatment is clinically appropriate. If our clinical team determines that a treatment is not right for you, they will tell you clearly. The difference is convenience, not quality of care.
The Process
Your intake goes directly to a licensed clinician who specializes in your chosen protocol. They review your health history, current medications, and stated goals. You will receive a notification when your review is complete — typically within one business day. Your clinician may follow up with additional questions before making any clinical decision.
From intake submission to receiving your medication, most patients receive their treatment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and treatment type. Clinical review typically takes one business day. Pharmacy processing and shipping vary by location.
ZuvoMed is designed to complement your existing care, not replace it. Many patients use our platform for GLP-1 weight management — a specialized protocol that may not be readily available or prioritized through a primary care provider. ZuvoMed is not an emergency or urgent care service, and we always recommend maintaining your relationship with your primary physician.
No. ZuvoMed is a medical consultation service — not an online pharmacy. You are not purchasing medication directly from us. A licensed clinician evaluates your health, and only if treatment is clinically appropriate does a prescription get sent to a licensed pharmacy on your behalf. The medication is dispensed and shipped by a licensed pharmacy, not by ZuvoMed.
