Licensed & Compliant
A Telehealth Platform You Can Verify
Every clinician is licensed. Every pharmacy is accredited. Our compliance standards are built to be publicly verifiable.
Independent Certification
LegitScript Healthcare Merchant Certification
ZuvoMed has been reviewed against LegitScript's healthcare merchant standards and is subject to ongoing monitoring throughout our certification period. LegitScript is an independent certification program recognized by Visa, Mastercard, Google, Meta, and other major platforms as a standard for healthcare merchant compliance.
Certification reflects our compliance with LegitScript's standards at the time of review and throughout monitoring. It is not an endorsement of any specific medication or clinical outcome.

How We Maintain Compliance
These are not aspirational standards — they are operational requirements we hold ourselves to every day.
01
Licensed Clinicians Only
Every provider on our platform holds an active license in the state where they practice. Credentials are verified before any clinician can review patient consultations.
02
Licensed Partner Pharmacy
We partner with a licensed US compounding pharmacy — Jungle Jim's Pharmacy (F&F Pharmacies Inc), based in Fairfield, OH. Every prescription is routed through this licensed, state-regulated pharmacy.
03
Individual Clinical Evaluation
No prescription is issued without a genuine clinical review of the patient's individual health history, medications, and goals. We do not operate a rubber-stamp system.
04
Encrypted Health Data
Patient health information is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption. Your data is not sold or shared with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
05
Transparent Pricing
You see the full cost before you begin. No surprise charges after evaluation. If treatment is not clinically appropriate, you will not be charged for the prescription.
06
Independently Monitored
ZuvoMed is a LegitScript-certified healthcare merchant, subject to ongoing monitoring by an independent third-party certification body — not just internal review.
Who Reviews Your Consultation
Every ZuvoMed consultation is reviewed by a licensed clinician — not an algorithm, not a chatbot, and not an unlicensed reviewer. Clinical services are provided by Wasef Health, PC, led by Michael Wasef, MD. Providers maintain active state licenses, meet continuing education requirements, and are credentialed through Wasef Health's clinical oversight process.
Your clinician evaluates your health history, current medications, and treatment goals before making any clinical decision. If treatment is not appropriate for you, they will tell you — and you will not be charged for the prescription.
Active State License Required
All providers hold current, active licenses in the states where they practice telehealth care.
Credentialed Through Clinical Oversight
Every clinician is credentialed through Wasef Health's oversight process before reviewing any patient consultation.
Continuing Education Maintained
Providers are required to maintain continuing education and meet current clinical standards of care.
Prescriptions Only Where Appropriate
Clinicians follow established medical guidelines. Treatment is only prescribed after a genuine individual evaluation.
Pharmacy Partner
Your Medication Comes From a Licensed US Pharmacy
When your clinician approves a prescription, it is dispensed by Jungle Jim's Pharmacy (F&F Pharmacies Inc) — a licensed US compounding pharmacy based in Fairfield, Ohio. Not a gray-market supplier. Not an overseas operation.
Licensed Dispensing
Jungle Jim's Pharmacy is licensed to dispense medications in 44 US states.
Secure & Discreet Shipping
Medications are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging directly to your door.
USA-Based Fulfillment
All prescriptions are fulfilled domestically from Fairfield, Ohio — never from foreign suppliers.
Where We Operate
State Availability
Because our partner pharmacy's sterile compounding licensure does not cover every US state, ZuvoMed's GLP-1 services are not available in all jurisdictions. We are committed to only offering services where both our clinical provider and partner pharmacy are appropriately licensed for the specific medication being prescribed.
GLP-1 services are not currently available in: California, Delaware, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, and West Virginia.
