How We Maintain Compliance

Licensed Clinicians Only
Every provider on our platform holds an active license in the state where they practice. Credentials are verified before any clinician can review patient consultations.

Licensed Partner Pharmacies
Prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies in our partner network, each licensed to dispense in the patient's state. Your dispensing pharmacy is identified on your prescription label and in your patient portal.

Individual Clinical Evaluation
No prescription is issued without a genuine clinical review of the patient's individual health history, medications, and goals. We do not operate a rubber-stamp system.

Encrypted Health Data
Patient health information is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption. Your data is not sold or shared with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

Transparent Pricing
You see your plan price before you begin. Your card is charged in full only if a provider prescribes. If treatment is not clinically appropriate, you pay only the $25 clinical visit fee ($35 where a live visit is required).

Who Reviews Your Consultation
Every ZuvoMed consultation is reviewed by a licensed clinician — not an algorithm, not a chatbot, and not an unlicensed reviewer. Clinical services are provided by independent, U.S.-licensed clinicians from the medical groups in our clinical network. Providers maintain active state licenses, meet continuing education requirements, and are credentialed by their medical group before reviewing any consultation.
Your clinician evaluates your health history, current medications, and treatment goals before making any clinical decision. If treatment is not appropriate for you, they will tell you, and you pay only the clinical visit fee, not the cost of treatment.

All providers hold current, active licenses in the states where they practice telehealth care.
Credentialed Through Clinical Oversight
Every clinician is credentialed through their medical group's clinical oversight process before reviewing any patient consultation.
Continuing Education Maintained
Providers are required to maintain continuing education and meet current clinical standards of care.

Clinicians follow established medical guidelines. Treatment is only prescribed after a genuine individual evaluation.

Where We Operate
State Availability
Availability depends on the treatment and your state. We only offer a treatment where both the clinical provider and the dispensing pharmacy are appropriately licensed for the specific medication being prescribed. Your online intake asks for your state and will let you know if a treatment isn't available there.
