Start a secure online medical evaluation reviewed by a licensed clinician. If treatment is clinically appropriate, a prescription may be issued and routed to a licensed partner pharmacy for dispensing and delivery.

• Secure intake: after checkout, complete your questionnaire and consent in the patient portal
• Pharmacy fulfillment: if prescribed, medications are dispensed and shipped by a licensed pharmacy
• Service area: United States (50 states). Puerto Rico and Guam may be added in the future (not live at launch)

How it works

1. Checkout: purchase your evaluation.
2. Complete intake: you’ll be guided to a secure patient portal to provide medical history and consent.
3. Clinician review: a licensed clinician reviews your information and determines appropriate next steps.
4. Pharmacy delivery (if prescribed): if a prescription is issued, it may be routed to a licensed partner pharmacy for dispensing and direct-to-patient delivery.

Important notices

• Prescription not guaranteed: prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate.
• Visit format: your evaluation may be completed by secure messaging and/or a live telehealth visit depending on state requirements and clinical need. Additional information or a live visit may be required.
• Not emergency care: if you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
• Use the portal for medical information: do not email sensitive medical details—use the secure patient portal for clinical communications.
• Location requirement: you must be physically located in a supported U.S. state at the time you complete your evaluation.

Refund policy

Evaluation fees generally become non-refundable once your intake has been submitted for clinician review, because the fee covers professional time and administrative processing.

If we are unable to provide the evaluation due to a technical issue or provider unavailability, or if you were charged in error, please contact support to request a review.
