Who Qualifies

Is This Program Right for You?

Eligibility is determined after a clinical evaluation of your health history, current medications, and symptoms. Your provider reviews everything individually before recommending any treatment. Certain medications — including nitrates prescribed for heart conditions — are contraindicated and must be disclosed during your evaluation.

  • Adult men 18 years of age or older
  • Experiencing symptoms of erectile dysfunction
  • Not currently taking nitrate medications or other contraindicated drugs
  • No severe cardiovascular conditions that would make treatment inappropriate
  • Willing to complete an individualized clinical evaluation

Prescription Treatment — Clinically Supervised

Erectile dysfunction treatment is a prescription medical service that requires clinical oversight. Our providers evaluate every patient individually and only prescribe treatment where it is clinically appropriate. If treatment is not right for you, you pay only the clinical visit fee, not the cost of treatment.

Common Questions

Men's Sexual Health FAQs

Erectile dysfunction is the consistent difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection suitable for sexual activity. It can have physical, psychological, or medication-related causes, and it often responds well to clinical treatment. Your provider will review contributing factors during your consultation.
After a clinical evaluation, your provider may prescribe a compounded oral formulation dispensed by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy in our partner network. Options include compounded sildenafil ODT (orally dissolving tablet), typically taken as needed; compounded tadalafil ODT, which has a longer duration of action; and a combination compounded sildenafil/tadalafil/oxytocin ODT. Your clinician determines which formulation, if any, is appropriate for you. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not approved by the FDA.
Candidacy is determined through a clinical evaluation. Adult men experiencing symptoms of erectile dysfunction who are not taking contraindicated medications and do not have severe cardiovascular conditions may qualify. Your provider reviews your full health profile before making any prescribing decision. Not everyone is a candidate.
Treatments in this program are not appropriate for men taking nitrate medications, men with certain severe cardiovascular conditions, or men with other specific contraindications. These are reviewed in detail during your clinical evaluation. Always disclose all medications, supplements, and health conditions to your provider.
Your prescription is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging from a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy in our partner network. Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents or indicates that it is a medication.
You pay only the clinical visit fee: $25, or $35 when your state requires a live phone or video visit. That covers your provider's evaluation, and the rest of the hold on your card is released.
Yes. ZuvoMed includes follow-up care so your clinician can monitor your response to treatment, answer questions, and adjust your plan as needed over time.
